The subject property is a brand new AAA Grade warehouse being built within an industrial park. The industrial park is in Clairwood which is within Zone 2 for cross haul from all major Port Entrances.

The current warehouse design has eight undercover docks fitted with dock levelers on one side of the warehouse. Then on grade under cover doors on the other for loading.
